At times when I call this location they will answer the phone without greeting ant at times being silent not speaking to the person. Very unprofessional especially when ppl are trying to pay their policy.
The best place to get car insurance, At the time of my visit Lourdes was so helpful and knowledgeable. So I recently bought a car from a car dealership and i wasn’t aware that my car had safety recalls so when I stop by the office to get full coverage I wasn’t able to because of the recalls not being fix, Lourdes was so kind and knowledgeable she help me book an appointment for me to get my car serviced the next day and i was able to get everything fix and got my full coverage!
