Why do you guys have a 2 star review?
AVOID!!! I purchased insurance after buying a new car to ADD to my HUSBAND'S existing policy. They created a NEW policy. Then, TWO days later, after finding a better rate, I canceled. I'm STILL waiting for my $429.00 - 2 days refund since DECEMBER 8TH! They even took the payment from the account that my name isn't on (husband only). Ice been VERY patient, bit now I'm filing a complaint with the State insurance board!
San Antonio is military USA. You would think the Fred Loya respected that. My son went into the armed forces and sold his car they have continued to charge him because they want him to come in to cancel. He cannot leave base to do so. This is ridiculous and unnecessary.
