Worst ever!! Put on hold for 45 mins to an hour. They can't answer my questions about my policy, I get put on hold before I can finish speaking. I have been trying to make changes to my policy for 5 days. I am currently on hold again for 40 mins. Customer service doesn't exist anymore. If you have other options, run away from them and fast!!
