Mariam is an office worker at the florin location, she is dishonest, and unprofessional she hangs up on people. Brenda is the manager she keeps forwarding my calls to the call center. Mauricio Chaves, Louis Oviedo are supposed to be with cooperate, their vm boxes state they return calls in up to 24hrs. Still no call back after call for three weeks everyday. If I could give this office 0 stars I would, I’ve had Fred loya insurance on and off for YEARS they have some outdated practices but I’ve looked past it because their well enough but this all came to a head in the recent past 2 months. I spoke with one of the women on September 19th (mind you I pay it on the 16th of every month) about cancelling my policy but needed to do it through email as my husband has been dealing with health problems and they closed the store near me.
