Terrible insurance. A Fred Loya customer hit our vehicle and we sent it in to repair. It's been ready for 2 weeks and the shop still hasn't received the check for the remaining balance. I've had an accident before and it was taken care of within 3 days by another insurance company. Fred Loya is the worst insurance company.
