If I could give zero stars, I would. Freda Loya Insurance has been hands-down the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. Someone insured by them hit my Tesla — and I have the entire incident on camera, clearly showing it was their fault. Despite having all the proof and even submitting part of the claim myself, they are refusing to pay because their client won’t reach out to them to “officially” submit the claim. I think Fred loyal insurance is not a good one to be with. The fact that I file a claim of a hit and run in march 15, 2025. And the only they said that my estimate is 1,900.00 no way my truck from the back is worth that but, as soon as I am done with this claim of my truck I am going to another auto insurance. And my truck is a 2024. So I recommend not to go to this auto insurance because they won’t fix it for you. Plus you have 2,000 deductible.
