I called and requested help with my policy. Of course due to the spectrum out they were unable to help me. However DORA the manager was absolutely foul rude and inconsiderate. I explained my situation and was understanding that they were unable to help me right now but I had follow up questions she didn’t like and she hung up on me because she could longer help me. She refused to give me district management number. That is unacceptable. I have been a customer for 2 years so I guess they are ok with people leaving.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED INSURANCE COMPANY. My parents had been with them for many years. They don't back up their customers. They can't answer simple questions over the phone or email. Not because they can't but because they just don't want to. They can't take vehicles off your policy. My dad has tried more than once in the past few weeks.
