i would give fred loya insurance a no star because one of their drivers was drunk and smashed my daughter's car and then left the scene and then tried telling fred loya it was stolen but then admitted she hit the car - and because she was doing that they took long that the pound sold my daughter's car then fred loya doesn't wanna pay my daughter because car is gone well yea its gone cuz yalls insured person was trying to commit fraud -- so from 1,000 they wanna give her 500$ how is this fair - we have it on camera and everyt... read more

Why because still others try to scam you with high rates and fred loya is a simple look here's what it is. Come to know there the reasonable price it won't get any lower but it fit my budget others 29$-39$ is a lie. Front desk at this office we're family talking like I was a relative. I thank customer service. And will stick with this insurance. TV show young Generation TV show.

Can never get in contact with the claims department or your assigned adjuster, TERRIBLE customer service. Don't tell you when you're being recorded. Oh and apparently someone they insure can do a hit and run and not be responsible for paying for the damages if they don't give a statement LOL.
