Terrible customer service, the ladies that work in there need a course in customer service. The women that work in there are very rude. Rates are ridiculous., I am glad I found a better company. Horrible company and customer service. I would not ever recommend this place if you are looking for insurance coverage.
The insurance is so so but Briana at Grissom location delivers the BEST customer service!! Any issues I’ve had she is very helpful in assisting with wo any hassle. I appreciate her going over and beyond.

i had to switch insurance premiums due to fred loya in san antonio having a minimum deductible or $2500 which is insane. now with another provider with a $500 deductible.
