Never ever have I had such a hard time trying to reach someone in any company. I had been a loyal customer for 5 years and never failed to make my payment on time but they don't care about that. Staff was friendly but they made a mistake on a refund they owed me. It's been almost 2 months I have not heard a word about getting my refund . only time I hear updates is when I call them and they just say they are working on it. Very unprofessional and frustrating. We pay our bills on time and this is what we are treated with when it comes to their side giving us our hard earned money back . 2 MONTHS still not a phone call or an email regarding my refund!
