Every time I call to try to make a payment I get referred to their online website. If I wanted to make a payment online I wouldn't be calling. Zamora is very rude. She said she was very busy. Doesn't take more than 5 minutes to process a payment. I had to call a different location to get assistance. Had been calling the Pflugerville location for two days to make a payment. She took 5 minutes out of her busy schedule to text my policy information so she wouldn't have to help me. Told me to go online. The policy expires on Tue... read more
