Lame insurance company gives you a quote....you arrive to start a liability policy, they need pics of my vehicle and open the trunk with a tool bag being seen, claims to raise quote by $60....but yet the tools in my vehicle are not being cover, nr my vehicle will be cover in event of a crash with Liability only....why has the policy changed.....if your insurance was a full coverage on my vehicle and tools, maybe I would understand....but unfortunately I was able to get my rates through another agency around the corner With E... read more

Good price,Nice service they call you with reminders, but is on really bad shape the office, I hope they can have more business to renew their facilities. Awful odor inside the office also the chairs really bad shape. I recommend fred loya insurance just don't come to this office. Also after 30 min of bad service,and show them my lease,from last year, they want a new one? If I still on that address. Young lady w no education or customer service training.
