Absolute worst service ive ever had with any insurance. one of their drivers backed into me and left minor damage, the lady that appraised my cars value on KBB seemed to not care at all about what she was doing, she even called me back 5 min after I had just left asking for more information about the car, and on top of that, she KBBed a completely different car which severely undervalued my car and now the insurance wants to total my car out because of it.(pic of damage) This insurance is a complete joke, and I’ve seen bad i... read more
