La semana pasada fuimos a cancelar la póliza después de tenerla por casi 15 años, el motivo ya no nos sentíamos a gusto con el trato, nos atendió una mujer de nombre Anna, me parece que es la encargada o algo asi pareció, una persona muy déspota y arrogante. This is great if you’re just looking for a piece of paper to have shading that you have insurance, I wouldn’t recommend this if you’re looking to use it in an accident or anything like that I did have coverage here for two years and my rate went from $89-$120 a month for no reason at all liability insurance with uninsured motors never had an accident so I canceled my coverage and went with farmers insurance for coverage
They ladies in the office are very rude especially on the phone. They play roo many games, worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. My recommendation to anyone .Don't ever go to a fred loya insurance company you'll definitely regret it .Especially the one in Midland tx on Rankin hwy ,the worst
Una basura de camas y una batalla con el agua caliente y la atención una basura igual q el lugar si vas a pagar lo q cobran es una tontería vale mas pagar poco más para morder descansar zero recomendado la verdad
I’ve always had a good experience with the employees here . Expect with a lady name Anna . She was very unprofessional and rude through the phone . I’ve never done a bad review on anything or anyone. Although today unfortunately I felt like I simply needed to do so .
