So I'm here in office getting a new Auto Coverage...All Comments Below are 100% True...I gave them All My ID's, Everything is Done Manually..After The Guy Finished and Printed My paperwork...ALL MY INFO WAS WRONG.So right here in the Spot I Canceled. He tried to convince me to wait to redo..No Cancel it now. So he said my money should be back in my account in 3 to 5 Business days...I Ask for a Comfirmation number. He said they don't do that. After 5 phone calls and 2 Hours I finally got it done.
Worst customer service, management and employees are out of empathy and also professionalism really bad experience no good customer service rude people
