I’ve always felt like this office was very unpleasant but today was it. I went in to pay my account before a work trip and I only had 100’s. The girl said she couldn’t take my hundreds that it had to be exact. Watched me count all the $1s in my purse and i was short so I said can you just roll the change to next month and said no. Very poor customer service 🤦🏽♂️. The little girl working was no help at all. They make it seem like your the issue instead of helping deal with the issue. I’m switching companies I’d suggest everyone who has Fred loya should do the same!!!!
I had a bad experience here today 06/04/2024.
