Professional service, friendly atmosphere.
I’ve always felt like this office was very unpleasant but today was it. I went in to pay my account before a work trip and I only had 100’s. The girl said she couldn’t take my hundreds that it had to be exact. Watched me count all the $1s in my purse and i was short so I said can you just roll the change to next month and said no. I asked then who will accept my money. She said no office will take less or over. But if I needed change maybe one of the business next door could. So I just got up and left. Very poor customer service 🤦🏽♂️. The little girl working was no help at all. They make it seem like your the issue instead of helping deal with the issue. I’m switching companies I’d suggest everyone who has Fred loya should do the same!!!!
I had a bad experience here today 06/04/2024. I had this Ariel with a lot of tattoos on the body and full jewelry on, she looked cool but she didn’t really want to work there, gave me the highest quote of my life ($230) a month and I’m with a bigger company AAA ($133), it don’t make sense and when I asked a question she would reply I don’t know about that, didn’t really try anything to know about what i was asking (i was asking if they still honor the discount that they were offering online and on the radio) “I don’t know, I... read more
