Horrible customer service lady named rhema very vindictive made me sit in the office after raising my policy twice trying to give me automatic auto pay and I never asked for it then raise the price again because I took it back I sat in the office for 2 hours while she twiddled her thumbs and pretended to be busy very rude very obnoxious
Fred Loya Insurance is the worst company I’ve dealt with. I was in an accident that was not my fault, yet Fred Loya is trying to make me pay $2,000. Multiple lawyers have reviewed my case and agree that I am not responsible. Despite this, the company continues to ignore the facts and push the costs onto me. WE WAITED 30 MINUTES IN LINE FOR THE LAZY AND UN PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE TO RUDELY TELL US SHE CANT HELP US !!!BECAUSE THEY ARE CLOSING AND SHE HAS TOO MUCH HOURS!!! REALLY??? Large Ins increase. Paid and agreed. 2 months later, another increase 14 dollars while in office to pay monthly payment due. They ONLY notified me of increase supposedly where i already told them to not send correspondence to me at bc not good delivery (told them the very first day i started ins with them).
