Horrible customer service lady named rhema very vindictive made me sit in the office after raising my policy twice trying to give me automatic auto pay and I never asked for it then raise the price again because I took it back I sat in the office for 2 hours while she twiddled her thumbs and pretended to be busy very rude very obnoxious
Fred Loya Insurance is the worst company I’ve dealt with. I was in an accident that was not my fault, yet Fred Loya is trying to make me pay $2,000. Multiple lawyers have reviewed my case and agree that I am not responsible. Despite this, the company continues to ignore the facts and push the costs onto me.
