Data breach!! Received 10 other peoples policy's where they live what car they drive and vin numbers. Unacceptable. I called from the online customer service number. Guess you're information is not safe at this point. Plus received a email yesterday marked for a week prior that it was written. So far they don't know what happened why I got other peoples policy's.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at this location. The manager, Roxanne, was unable to clearly explain a recent rate increase on my policy. When I asked for a breakdown of the changes and when we were notified, she simply stated that a letter had been “mailed” to us. We have NEVER received any mail or notice from Fred Loya—ever. Great service from the employee William Wright, even though I came late, but he was very cooperative with me and I got insurance at a reasonable price. Thank you William.
Difficult as hell I love the insurance but whoever was there was useless
