I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at this location. The manager, Roxanne, was unable to clearly explain a recent rate increase on my policy. When I asked for a breakdown of the changes and when we were notified, she simply stated that a letter had been “mailed” to us. We have NEVER received any mail or notice from Fred Loya—ever. If I could give negative stars I would. No one ever can help you all they do is give you a phone number and then they take for ever
Rose is the rudest person I ever met. I don't understand how management doesn't move or fire her. Management must not care about hiring quality workers. If she hates her job then find another. I feel bad for her coworkers....
