We visited this location to add a third vehicle to our policy because my new car was being delivered. The representative told us she could not add the vehicle until it was physically in my possession. After requesting multiple documents, which we provided, she then claimed she still couldn’t add the car due to an upcoming payment and asked us to come back another day. Llamé más de 3 veces buscando una cotización para dos vehículos. Ya que necesitaba sacar un seguro para un auto nuevo. Me colgaron la primera vez supuestamente porque entraron otras llamadas, seguí insistiendo y cuando me atendieron estaban todos los agentes ocupados. Y así mas de tres veces mientras me mentían diciendo que me iban a devolver la llamada lo cual nunca hicieron razón que me tuve que ir del concesionario sin mi auto ni mi cotización. Pésima atención al cliente. Extremadamente poco profesional.
