Llamé más de 3 veces buscando una cotización para dos vehículos. Ya que necesitaba sacar un seguro para un auto nuevo. Me colgaron la primera vez supuestamente porque entraron otras llamadas, seguí insistiendo y cuando me atendieron estaban todos los agentes ocupados. Y así mas de tres veces mientras me mentían diciendo que me iban a devolver la llamada lo cual nunca hicieron razón que me tuve que ir del concesionario sin mi auto ni mi cotización. Pésima atención al cliente. Extremadamente poco profesional.
