The customer service are so rude
Place has a person named Gaby. Rude and would not provide copies of paper work signed by my friend. Because I was helping him she had me excluded from the insurance policy with is against state law as I do not live with him. I will be filing a complaint with the state insurance board for 1. Failure by her to provide a copy of all signed documents and two for excluding me for helping him. Worst place to go. Will be looking for new insurance for my friend and will change companies asap!
