People from all different branches are rude and unhelpful...the put notes on your account which makes it even worse to get help from another branch because they are just as rude
I was a victim of a hit and run by a driver who carried Fred Loya as their insurance. It was determined by my insurance and police that this driver was at fault. I was advised to wait for Fred Loya to complete their investigation and have them pay the damages to my car. The problem is, they will give you the run-around and you will never get anyone that will handle the claim. The original adjuster on my claim (Lewis Morales) says he can’t do anything for me since this claim was passed on to someone else after 2 weeks of him ... read more
