Mostly one employee ruined it. The company itself is ok.
The worst insurance to deal with. They make you get your own rental car and reimburse you the cost when their insurer hits you. One manager is very rude, tries to talk down on you when you make a complain. Do not get this insurance, and pray no one hits you that has it.
