I recently found out that one of my neighbors posted a review about this place almost a year ago about The horrific two ladies in the back, unfortunately for him, he was deported back to Mexico because these two ladies discriminated him, and decided to call immigration on him. Do not do business with Fred Loya. Save yourself the headache. I have been trying to finalize my claim for a month now, after Fred Loya took 100% liability for my car damage. They won’t return your calls . They will change claim adjusters just to tell you the same info as the last adjuster. They will give you the number to their supervisor which goes straight to voicemail. Save yourself the trouble and don’t do business with this poorly managed company.
Everyone here is rude and doesn't care about anything other than money. Their quotes are lies and they lie to you about small charges and stuff. And the two women in the back have issues or something because they're both extremely rude. These are prime examples of people who have no business being in any type of customer service. Even the manager is a piece of work.
They gave me a quote and when I call to set up an appointment and before arriving they changed it to almost double. What a bunch of liars so beware of their scam.
