Gave me the lowest rate come to find out from the agent it went up because I'm month to month but they didn't tell me that instead they said she if I would have got a six month policy it would have locked in at the rate. They deceiving because they all say that however this agent kept on telling me with a rebuttal instead of trying to offer me something better shows how incompetent Fred Loya workers are.
This is the worst insurance I have ever had. Their road side assistance is a complete joke / disaster. Waited almost 5 hrs to get my car unlocked when they told me 30 min. I don’t know if they just hire anyone to work in the office but it’s the worst service /experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company. I highly DO NOT Recommend.
All this time they are charging a late fee,Why? It's bad for customers who can barely afford car insurance and groceries and rent!!
