This is the worst insurance I have ever had. Their road side assistance is a complete joke / disaster. Waited almost 5 hrs to get my car unlocked when they told me 30 min. I don’t know if they just hire anyone to work in the office but it’s the worst service /experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company. I highly DO NOT Recommend.
All this time they are charging a late fee,Why? It's bad for customers who can barely afford car insurance and groceries and rent!!

I have been calling for the passed hours and nobody answers . I go and there sitting there 😖 somedays there not open at all like there on there personal time . And it's not that there closed there gone
