They didn't call back.
This is by far the worse insurance company in America. You should stay without insurance than for you to get insurance from these folks. I have been trying to reach out to my adjuster Mr. Ellington and his supervisor Ms. Karina for over a week to no avail. I called the claims department and spoke to an agent who said she could not transfer me to an adjuster because of system issues. She took my number but no one called back. The only reason I deal with them is because they're a little cheaper than the other companies. They make you come into the office for any little change. They overcharged me on my auto withdrawal because the girl working in the office made a mistake and didn't remove a vehicle off of my policy in time after making me come in to make the changes, and still screwd up. But like I said, they're a little cheaper.
