I was hit by a driver insured through this company, and the experience since then has been absolutely unacceptable. I’ve called multiple times, left repeated voicemails. My car was the victim in this accident, I was told to call them, which I did—four separate times—with no acknowledgment or callback. This has been the most unprofessional and frustrating insurance experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise others to beware.
This is the worst insurance company I have ever had my veichile was totaled 2020 Nissan murano they are settling for 8000 then they pick up my car don't return calls I've left numerous messages and still nothing paid to my finance company!!!! Do not get insurance with this company I will be filing police report today if I great no calls or update this company is the spirit airlines of insurance don't do it you will regret it save yourself the headache I've been nothing but stressed with this company
