This is the worst insurance company I have ever had my veichile was totaled 2020 Nissan murano they are settling for 8000 then they pick up my car don't return calls I've left numerous messages and still nothing paid to my finance company!!!! Do not get insurance with this company I will be filing police report today if I great no calls or update this company is the spirit airlines of insurance don't do it you will regret it save yourself the headache I've been nothing but stressed with this company
Fred Loya Insurance is an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is a disgrace — rude, lazy, and completely unprofessional. I’ve never encountered such a careless company. When I needed help, I was treated like an inconvenience instead of a customer. It's not expensive. But not dirt cheap. There are reasonable prices. Auto insurance can be modified to your personal use.
If I could give less than 1 star I would , first off the staff is extremely rude , I have sadly been dealing with them for 6 months already because their client rear ended me!! I could never get a hold of anyone. Natalie is extremely rude always making it seem like she hates her job.
