If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have never dealt with a company that made me work so hard just to get updates on their own claim. Fred Loya accepted liability, yet I spent weeks chasing adjusters instead of recovering from the accident their insured caused. I left countless voicemails, repeatedly called my assigned adjuster, requested multiple supervisor callbacks, and still could not get basic communication. Nobody answers the phone. I've spoke to plenty adjusters (Chantelle Simmons, Roxanne Rojas, Yesenia Herrera) neither calls back to inform me on my claim since May.
