Customer here out of Colorado! Their Claims department is a Joke... Will be leaving this Company since they showed me they don't back their Drivers. I refuse to spend money on a Policy if the company I'm paying don't know how to do their jobs correctly!!! What a Rip off ...
I'm sorry but Everything was poor when we went in today.Jasmine Gems Moreno, is a snotty employee.She gives The Loya on Southcross and Clark a very bad name. Her customer service is very poor. When she asked for the phone number to the account that was being paid,my husband had to get it off the phone because, he just got a new number and she slammed her phone down, like she was irritated with no patience.Please get better Employees that don't mind doing their job.
Not someone you want to deal with. You can leave a message a day and you don't get a call back .
If I could give zero stars I would and I don’t even have this insurance and I would never referral this company to anyone! Worst experience never. It’s been like three months trying to everything sorted out and phone calls, voicemails. They take forever to response. This place sucks!!!! Our vehicle was the victim the other driver even admitted fault.. Destiny and Stephanie are lazy!! Tells us there going to call back and let us know what’s going on with the claim and no call backs at all going on 5 weeks now and still have not heard anything! So unprofessional! GET IT TOGETHER!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!
