If it weren't for the low rates I wouldn't do business with this company. Everytime I come in to make a payment or renew my policy it takes 30-40min and that is not even waiting for someone to help me. And it seems like everytime the girl helping me is a trainee. I called ahead asking them to have everything ready for me to sign because there is always some " document" that they forgot to give me to sign missing.
