Called for a quote which a young lady gave me over the phone. I told her I would be over there and see her before they close to switch my insurance to them. When I get there, another young lady pulls out my quote and asks me for my title. My car is being financed, I don’t have the title. So I tell her the car is under my daughter’s and my name and she says, they have to add her to it. I told her my daughter does not drive and doesn’t even have a license but nope. The lady here seems miserable and is rude. If you’re looking for good customer service you can forget about this location. My policy is constantly increasing due to random people being added. This place is a scam.
