With our policy, we were going to be a few days late on our payment and called in to let them know. 2 days later I called to make the payment. They wanted me to drive 70 miles, without coverage, to come to the office. Instead of working with us, since we live so far away, the manager kept cutting me off in our conversation and was extremely rude! I asked if she was stupid because of her attitude and unwillingness to listen and she hung up on me. I have never experienced customer service like this. The absolute worse!!!
