Worst ins company to use. The person that totaled my car uses fred loya and i have not been able to get my car paid off they will not return my call.

So discussed with this so called business. I called office let office know payment was sent back funds were in my account same day, was told no problem policy will not be affected that was on Friday. Monday at 10:30am I received phone call stating policy was cancelled Friday. I would need to restart new policy. Which I was paying $218.00 per month. To restart policy it would cost me 345.
