The service here is absolutely terrible. The place was empty and the door was open, yet after waiting, I was told there was a problem with the system. What kind of negligence is this? I waited for an hour and twenty minutes! The staff are completely unprofessional.
The service is extremely slow. I have been trying to renew my insurance for five days now; the employee is very slow, and the service is terrible. I will not do business with them again.
I came here and waited inside for forty minutes, but no one came. I kept shouting, "Is anyone here?" but no one did, and the shop was open. After forty minutes, I went and waited in my car for ten or fifteen minutes, but still no one came.
If you have roadside assistance, it takes forever for somebody to come. Not to mention, they keep going up on insurance prices!!
