Awful...I spent all day talking to theses people got a quote, then I had to go home right after work before the closed to take pictures of the car because you have to actually be at home to take pictures. the first time the link wouldn't go through had to hang up and call back. took the picture of front, back and sides and odometer etc. I called she said i didn't do the pictures right had to hang up again wait for the link. mind you the link didn't come in within her time frame she act like she was so frustrated with a new p... read more
