Horrible customer service
Prices are sky high for this insurance agency and if your a senior citizen over 70 expect to pay double the rate for this ridiculous overpriced car insurance.
Very helpful and courtesy very good customer service
Used them for 6+ years. Premium went up every six months. Left for All-State saving me $50+/month with better benefits than Fred Loya could offer me.
