Had my first vehicle insured through here with no issues for at least 2 years, I canceled it earlier this year due to it breaking down and not running. Came in to have a new vehicle insured and was given a discount due to being a prior client/customer. Cool, great. Was charged a hundred dollars more than the quote I was given and signed for. I called the regular location I visit on San Pedro and could not get through so I physically went and was told their computers were down so I asked what locations were working. The young lady told me of 2 so I picked the location on West Ave. & Blanco. When I got there there was a sign on the door they were closed for lunch from 1pm-2pm so I sat down outside and took a chance to call, a young lady answered and said she would e-mail a copy of my proof of insurance that I needed to get my vehicle inspected.
