I had a deeply disappointing experience with the manager, Shaije. Her behavior toward me was unprofessional and made me feel singled out and unwelcome. Several of her comments and actions came across as biased and discriminatory, and I left feeling disrespected and unsupported. No employee or customer should ever feel that way. Very rude manager, my father went in requesting help and as he is mostly a Spanish speaker and the branch manager shaije was very rude and went as far as ridiculing him in front of everyone at the store, she even went as far as to go outside to take a picture of him stating he couldn’t drive my mothers truck, very nasty people will be canceling my own insurance with Fred lots and going with someone more professional and do recommend everyone to cancel.
