I have a serious complaint on a rep shes very unprofessional she claime her name is Gertha sonshe claime she dont know how tontake a payment over the phone then she blocks my card from making a payment every thingvi say she say they not supposed to do it like that sum one needs to listen to the phone call she needs to be back in training or fired any in Savannah or local area pass by loya.
