The worst insurance company ever, they drafted my payment 3 days before the duedate causing an overdraft on my bank account, I beged them to wait till the due date but they still did it, I have been with them for almost 4 years and never had a claim or an accident,?paying 130 per month and this is how they honest working costumers , do not do business with these people, God forbid you have an accident and make a claim, they'll pobrably make a full out of you, avoid getting reaped off, NO to Fred loya!
On Dec. 16, 2009 a woman ran a stop sign and hit my vehicle and Fred Loya was her insurance carrier. The vehicle was not drivable and we were granted a rental. On Jan. 1, 2010 my mother-in-law died and her funeral was set for Jan. 5, 2010. Fred Loya insurance would not extend the rental of the vehicle so we could attend the funeral.
