Horrible. I’m standing outside the door. They locked it and won’t come out to help me because it’s close to closing.

This I'd the absolute worst insurance company ever. They do not pay claims, dismissing even valid ones. If they do offer to pay, it will be a lowball offer, like offering $2500 for your injuries in a high impact auto accident. They cancel you at 12:01 am on the day your policy is due.
I called this location to update my address and I usually stay at work till 5 pm. The lady on phone told me: “we are open till 6 pm, to change your address you have to come to the office”. It is 5:30 pm now I am standing in front of their office and it is closed.
