Horrible servicio, contestan como si les cobraran por hablar de pasan de empleado en empleado y contestan de mala gana, necesitan pilas nuevas
The people that work at this location are absolute morons. Terrible communication skills. Was there the day before, they don’t have tap to pay, wouldn’t accept my business card because my wife’s name is on there and she’s not on policy. Not to mention the second day they wanted photos when the other time they didn’t, won’t give u insurance with out car photos. Absolute trash of a company.
Terrible customer service. These ladies... every time I go with my boyfriend or friends, these ladies are never clear on the policy they are signing up for and never want to answer questions. The consumer, or customer with the money has rights, and these ladies refuse to give answers about their policy. Be careful with what you are signing.
