0/5 Stars. TERRIBLE INSURANCE. Car broke down & waited OVER 4 hours for a tow. Insurance is suppose to be useful when you are in an emergency situation. Agents could not even give me an estimate of when they were coming therefore leaving me stranded!!
Horrible insurance paid full coverage for no reason
Horrible insurance beware !! When you call no one ever calls you back I’ve left for five messages. No one calls me back. I called supervisors managers. No one called me back to Fani. I said I’m gonna see an attorney then they finally get back to me.. The representatives don’t know what they’re doing. Stay away they’re horrible.
Bad customer service, had an attitude that should have been left at the front door until their shift was over.
