Horrible insurance paid full coverage for no reason
Horrible insurance beware !! When you call no one ever calls you back I’ve left for five messages. No one calls me back. I called supervisors managers. No one called me back to Fani. I said I’m gonna see an attorney then they finally get back to me.. The representatives don’t know what they’re doing. Stay away they’re horrible.
Bad customer service, had an attitude that should have been left at the front door until their shift was over.
Extremely poor service. I went in with my boyfriend to add insurance to my cars I had gotten a quote and was ready to pay when the manager interfered and then told me I had to add my boyfriend to my insurance plan, to which I had let them know he would not be driving the vehicles. They then proceeded to tell me I had no choice and had to add him. All of this coming from the manager herself.
