This place is one of the worst. I walked into this location, and the two employees were getting it on and were surprised when I walked thru the door. The young girl(customer service person) was rude as hell! They deserve a "0" not a "1" star! The telephone reps on their 800 line weren't any better, and their "computer system" is always down. Everything has to be done in the office. Only if I'm in dire straits would zi go back to this insurance carrier, THEY TOTALLY SUCK, LITERALLY & FIGURALLY!!!
