Was with this company for YEARS. But recently had a small accident , wouldn't even consider it a fender bender. More like a scratch. They tried to total out my husband's truck based on nothing, then it was such a hassle to get it resolved and it seemed like everyone in the office except a lady named Leslie had a foul attitude. Tried to pay my insurance today after the rates went up. Never received an email nor letter not a call or text to let me know. And they still wouldn't let me pay because of the auto payment bs. So now it has to lapse and I have to repay to start it.
