The in-store experience is time-consuming as they usually have no more than two agents on site. This results in longer wait times since the ratio of customers to insurance agents is high. To cancel, you have to walk up to the store to request a cancellation, you can’t do it over the phone or online (as of July 2024). Agents are professional, respectful, and friendly, but not enough employees. Communication about terms and conditions is clear and precise. Pricing is on the decent side. Decent company I would say.
