I’ve had a very poor experience dealing with Fred Loya. One of their insured drivers rear-ended me, and after the initial estimate, the repair shop discovered additional damage. A supplement was submitted, but we have called daily with no response from anyone. My vehicle has been in the shop for weeks, and I have received no help with a rental car. The lack of communication and delay has been incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this company.
