Horrible customer service. Went in to pay my premium and was told they didn't have change for a $50 they only had $40 in cash, I gave them a $20 and was told I had to go get my own change for them. I don't remember when I applied to work at this location, but apparently I now work for them. Lol.
The workers there lied to my grandma and tried charging her all these random fees. I wouldn't recommend Fred Loya in general. They do not pay their claims. This is the worst insurance companies
