They give you wrong information. In the beginning it sounds good and then they take more money without asking and play victim. I do not recommend this place is not worth the headache. And when you have an accident and they don’t do their part. They won’t even answer the phone This place sucks and the people in the office suck too.
Lilly “the manager” was beyond unhelpful, she definitely needs a course on customer service edict. She is beyond lazy and unwilling to help with anything. I called another Fred Loya office and within seconds they gave me the information I needed that Lilly said she couldn’t do. Do better Lilly very disappointed in this location.
