RUN, DON'T WALK, THE OTHER WAY!!! This place is a terrible place and they are basically scamming you. They take advantage of low income people and its disgusting. I canceled 2 cars on a policy I had because we sold them. So now I have one car, instead of 3 on my policy. Should be cheaper right? Nope, it's $8 more a month some how. The offices are all the same. I cancelled my insurance policy with Fred Loya insurance this morning. The agent told me there was a $50 dollar fee for cancellation. I've never heard of anything so ridiculous before. I'm on a budget and $50 dollars hurt. Don't buy insurance with these thieves anymore 😭

I would not advise using this insurance company go to progressive. What I experienced here was incredible. I was paying really good rate on one of my vehicles. I then bought a new vehicle and my car payment went up by $400. I went over to progressive and it was 300% less. I asked them if they made a mistake and they said they don’t make mistakes but to be paying substantially more when a competitor has a reasonable price just doesn’t make sense.
