I’ve called their customer service line in Texas over 20 times to talk to my claims adjuster, Isabelle Rios. The voicemail says that they will return your call that business day or if it’s after hours they will call you back the next business day. How about they never ever ever ever call you back. They sent me a check for just over $300 for a $2600 repair on my nearly new Tesla. I’m definitely going to write to the Colorado Division of Insurance.
