As stated below the customer service is terrible and the ladies who work here, Treat there customers so wrongly. My story is a long one. But i was personally sabotaged and created false stories making it extremely difficult too reinstate my insurance. Ill keep using you guys for insurance because I have no choice but BUYER BEWARE.
Stay away and avoid ! Hardly a real company. Not a real insurance agency.
I was sideswiped by one of their clients November 1st, and had a police report to show it was their fault. They had to do their investigation even though there was a police report to corroborate my story. I had to get my car re-inspected twice because they "forgot" to do one use the car plug in and then told me that it had been down for 2 weeks. They accepted fault eventually. This location is unprofessional. All the ladies are on their phone and when they talk to you they give an attitude. Also, hours to closing is at 7 and they close sooner. When you trying calling they ask for you to hold and they hang up, tried calling again and was put on hold. This location sucks, do not go in for quotes or get insurance at all.
