Their client had hit my vehicle that I had just had 4 for 4 days. I had followed all there instructions on how to get it fixed. Every time I call I get a run around story. They make you pay for a rental then “ Reimburse” you for it however what they don’t tell you is that they only will pay for what the body shop calls in I’ve paid over $700 to enterprise and only received 100 back. As stated below the customer service is terrible and the ladies who work here, Treat there customers so wrongly. My story is a long one. But i was personally sabotaged and created false stories making it extremely difficult too reinstate my insurance. Ill keep using you guys for insurance because I have no choice but BUYER BEWARE.
Stay away and avoid ! Hardly a real company. Not a real insurance agency.
