Called to get some information about my insurance I have with them and some help. I couldn't quite hear the lady on the phone so I said “what was that?” she paused for a minuet and was rude after that. I think that’s very unprofessional don’t understand why the rudeness had to be there?? Sorry I couldn’t understand what you said but unnecessary. If you’re having a bad morning just wait til your off the phone with me but you have to remember I’m a customer. Just a unnecessary situation and unprofessional.
Awful insurance company! Their communication is awful- they tell you 1 thing but mean another, don't effectively notify you of increases in car insurance and their coverage is crap- I've been using them due to I hardly drive and drive a 2005 pilot so didn't feel I needed great coverage. Will be seeking insurance elsewhere since they tried to deduct my payment for almost $15 more with no prior notice. Absolutely awful- go elsewhere if you don't want to be robbed!
I’m not typically someone who leaves reviews but I had Both a great and terrible experience (different branches) Cassandra helped me initially over the phone, she was amazing! Unfortunately, I had to be home start the policy so I went into the closest location. (Denver off E Colfax) as soon as I stepped into the office the woman working asked me “are you here to make a payment?”. I responded no to get a new policy and let her know the Cassandra was helping me on the phone and all that was needed was my payment and to sign do... read more
Insurance prices were not bad. The young girl working all by herself was completely inexperienced. Took a LONG time.
