What a joke this company is, I was hit by one of their insured drivers. My car was totaled.. not one auto body shop would touch my car saying Fred loya Doesn’t pay! So I had to go through my own insurance on top of that I had injuries that Fred loya agreed to pay amount of $2500. My accident happened in December 2024 here we are August 2025 and they still have not yet paid and keep giving us a runaround saying it’s still in the processing department.
